1. My account

Creating your customer area only takes a minute and makes your life easier. From the "My Account" icon at the top of the site, enter your email address and choose a password . Your account allows you to:

  • save your delivery addresses to save time;
  • track your orders in real time (preparation, shipping, delivery);
  • find your invoices and purchase history ;
  • contact customer service more easily, your information is already entered.

    If you prefer, you can order as a guest first and then create your account later: your purchases already made can be linked to your account upon simple request to customer service.

Yes, absolutely. Our site allows guest checkout : it's ideal if you want to move quickly or if you haven't decided to create an account yet. You will still receive all confirmation emails , the tracking number , and access to your invoice .

Creating an account is therefore not obligatory , but is still recommended : in the event of an exchange, return or for after-sales follow-up, your customer area makes the process easier and avoids re-entering information .

Log in to My Account and open the Information section. There you can update:

  • your address (billing and delivery),
  • your phone number (useful for the carrier),
  • your password .

    If you are unable to modify a field (for example, an order in progress with an address to correct), write to us: we will make the adjustment manually and securely after verifying your identity. Our customer service is available Monday to Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. , at 06 85 66 21 22 or at elyoraparis@gmail.com .

Rest assured, this type of blockage is usually resolved within a few minutes. Here are some useful checks:

  1. Missing fields : Check that your contact details (email, address, telephone) are complete and without typos.
  2. Bank authentication (3-D Secure) : After payment, your bank may request validation (banking app/SMS). If the window closes too quickly, restart the payment: no debit will be made until validation is confirmed.
  3. Browser & connection : Clear the cache , try another browser (Chrome/Safari/Edge) or another network (4G/Wi-Fi).

    Still stuck? Send us a screenshot of the error message, the time of the attempt and the email address used : we will immediately check if a basket is still pending and help you complete the order securely (tel. 06 85 66 21 22 , email elyoraparis@gmail.com ).

If your payment is declined, no amount will be charged to your account; the transaction will simply be blocked by the bank. So, rest assured, there's no risk of hidden or pending charges.

The most common causes are simple to correct:

  • Missing bank validation : Some banks require confirmation via SMS or mobile app (3D Secure). Without this validation, the payment is automatically canceled.
  • Card limit reached or Internet option disabled : check in your banking app that your card is activated for online purchases.
  • Temporary technical problem : try again in a few minutes or change your browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge).

If the problem persists, you can:

  • use another payment method offered (CB, Visa/Mastercard, PayPal);
  • or contact our customer service. We can check the status of your order, reassure you that there is no charge, and guide you step by step to complete your purchase securely.

After validation, the email is usually sent within a few minutes . Remember to check your "Junk/Spam" folder. If you see the "Thank you for your order" page and your bank confirms the debit, the order has been registered .

Haven't received anything after 15–20 minutes? Write to us with your name , email , and, if possible, the time of purchase : we'll resend you the confirmation and tracking link. We can also correct a mistyped email address to link the order to your account.

You keep control of your data. In accordance with the GDPR , you can request the deletion (or anonymization ) of your account at any time. Simply write from the email address associated with the account to elyoraparis@gmail.com , with the subject line " Account deletion ".

We will acknowledge receipt, verify your identity, and then proceed with the deletion. Please note that some information related to legal obligations (invoicing, accounting) must be retained for the regulatory period, but it will no longer be used for commercial purposes . Our team will guide you every step of the way and confirm the deletion once complete.

2. My orders

  1. Add your products to the cart .
  2. Enter your contact details and delivery address .
  3. Validate the T&Cs then choose your delivery method .
  4. Secure the payment (3-D Secure) and confirm.

    A confirmation email is sent to you immediately after validation.

We accept the main secure payment methods:

All our payments go through secure banking authentication (3-D Secure) to guarantee the protection of your purchases.

  • As soon as it is shipped, you will receive a tracking email with your tracking link .
  • You can also visit My Account > My Orders if you have created an account.
  • For delivery to a relay point , the selection is made immediately after payment on the “Thank you for your order” page. If no point is chosen, we automatically assign the relay closest to your home and you will receive tracking by email.
  • You can also access the “Track my order” section from the main menu or via our help center (FAQ).

To be checked :

  • Tracking emails can come from SendCloud or Mondial Relay (sometimes the subject of the email says: “Your SendCloud package will arrive” ).
  • Remember to check your spam/junk folder if you don't see any emails in your primary inbox.
  • Please make sure you entered the correct email address when ordering.
  • Providing a phone number also makes it easier to receive carrier notifications.

Our orders are prepared and shipped within 24 working hours .

The sooner you inform us, the greater the chance we can intervene before shipping.

  • If the order is still being prepared : we will do our best to cancel or modify it.
  • If the order has already been shipped : no cancellation is possible. You will have to wait for the package to be received, then return it to us under our return policy . The return shipping costs will then be your responsibility (except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part).

3. Delivery

We prepare and ship each order within 24 business hours .

In mainland France, Colissimo home delivery with signature then delivers within 2 working days .

At a Relay Point (Mondial Relay) , delivery generally takes 3 to 5 working days .

For other destinations , please refer to the payment page : you will find the estimated delivery time depending on your address and the shipping method.

The exact charges are displayed at the time of ordering. They vary depending on the shipping method , the order amount and the destination . When delivery is free , the information appears clearly on the payment page .

Yes. We ship to the European Union and the French overseas territories.

To see the carrier options and rates available to your address, please refer to the prepayment page .

Taxes and customs duties may apply upon arrival and remain the responsibility of the customer . If these charges are refused , the package will be returned to us. Reimbursement will be made after physical return to the warehouse, less the actual costs incurred (outward, return, logistics).

As soon as it is shipped, you will receive a tracking email with your tracking link.

For delivery to a Relay Point , the relay point is selected immediately after payment , on the “ Thank you for your order ” page. If no point is chosen, we automatically assign the relay point closest to your address and you receive tracking by email.

You can also access the “Track my order” section from the main menu or via our Help Center (FAQ) .

Please check if you do not receive an email: tracking emails may come from SendCloud or Mondial Relay (e.g. subject: “Your SendCloud package will arrive”). Remember to check your spam/junk folder, check the email address entered when ordering and, if possible, provide a phone number to receive notifications from the carrier. If you still do not receive anything, write to us at elyoraparis@gmail.com : we will resend you the tracking link.

For Colissimo home delivery, delivery requires signature ; an appointment may be requested by the carrier.

Mondial Relay tip: Download the Mondial Relay app and enter your tracking number and the postal code of the Relay Point. You will receive live tracking and, if necessary, the collection code (useful if you did not receive it by email or SMS).

Start by checking the tracking link you received by email (and your junk mail folder ). For a Relay Point shipment, don't forget to collect the package on time; we send email reminders to help you do this.

It may happen that a carrier is delayed ; this remains beyond our control . In all cases, refer to the carrier's tracking for the precise status of the delivery.

If the tracking seems blocked or inconsistent , contact us as soon as possible at elyoraparis@gmail.com : we will open an investigation and keep you informed.

Mondial Relay tip: if you are waiting for a collection at a Relay Point and you have not received a code by email/SMS, open the Mondial Relay application , enter your tracking number and the Relay postal code : you will see the status in real time and retrieve your collection code .

If the package is returned to us ( returned sender for non-collection or incomplete address ), we can arrange for a reshipment . Additional charges will apply; we will inform you of the amount before any new shipment.

4. Return & Warranty

You have 14 days after delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal .

If you change your mind, you return the product to us at your expense and we will refund the full amount you paid (product price + any delivery costs paid at the time of ordering).

For hygiene reasons, opened/unsealed cosmetics are not returned .

If the product is defective or non-compliant , we will take care of the return after validation by the after-sales service.

You can try the device at home for 60 days. If you are not convinced, we will refund the price paid for the pack after receiving and checking the device. When the Elyo Skin Pro pack includes a free Conductive Collagen Gel , it is normal that it has been opened and used during the trial: we do not ask for it to be returned and this does not prevent the refund of the pack. The return costs remain your responsibility (except in the case of a proven defect). Any initial shipping costs that you may have paid are not refunded ; if delivery was free , this does not change anything for you.

You have 30 days to test the device. In case of return, we will refund the price paid for the device after receipt and inspection . If your order included a free gift (for example, a collagen mask), the return must be complete ; if the gift has been used or is not returned, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund. Return shipping costs remain your responsibility (unless proven defective) and the initial shipping costs will not be refunded ; if delivery was free, this does not change anything for you.

Before any return, please notify our customer service department to obtain validation and instructions (order number, packaging details, shipping options). Without this step, we cannot correctly identify your package and processing may be delayed or even refused by the warehouse.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer . You have three options:

“Free carrier” option

You choose the carrier of your choice (La Poste/Colissimo, Chronopost, DHL, etc.), you pay for the shipment directly and send the package with tracking .

“Economy” option

Upon request, we can provide you with a Relay Point near our warehouse for a less expensive Mondial Relay delivery. We will inform you of the exact relay point after your return has been validated.

“Prepaid label” option

We can provide you with a prepaid return label . The actual cost will be communicated to you before issue and will be deducted from your refund .

Keep proof of deposit and tracking number until refund or exchange.

All our devices (Elyo Skin Pro and Elyo derm 7) are covered by a 2-year commercial warranty , in addition to the legal warranties . The warranty runs from the delivery date indicated on your proof of purchase.

The warranty covers breakdowns and defects encountered during normal use (ignition problems, faulty LEDs/EMS, charging difficulties, etc.).

It does not cover accidental damage (drop, shock), water-related damage (non-waterproof devices), cosmetic wear , improper use (unsuitable accessories/chargers, failure to follow the instructions) or unauthorized repairs .

If you have any problems, please contact us: we will carry out a diagnosis (photos/videos may be requested). If a defect is confirmed, we will repair , replace or refund as appropriate.

5. Technology & Benefits

Elyo Skin Pro combines 15 high-density LEDs , true EMS microcurrents (3 measurable levels), controlled gentle heat and targeted vibrations . Together, these technologies stimulate collagen , gently tone facial muscles, promote skincare absorption and target skin problems (radiance, uniformity, imperfections, soothing) thanks to calibrated wavelengths .

Yes. The light used does not contain UV and the ergonomics of the device direct the beam onto the treated area (avoiding direct contact with the eyes). The heat is gentle and controlled , and the device meets the safety expectations of home beauty (standards/good practices and targeted distribution).

CLEAN — Blue LED + gentle vibration

A refreshing start to your ritual to help purify and rebalance shine-prone areas. Heat-free . The device is not waterproof . Not recommended for very sensitive skin .

HEAT — Red LED + gentle heat + vibration

The preparation mode: it activates micro-circulation and supports collagen synthesis for more supple and awakened skin.

LIFT — Green LED + EMS + vibration

Tensor mode: EMS microcurrents tone the facial muscles and provide a feeling of firmness . Slight tingling may be felt: this is a sign of effective stimulation.

GLOW — 7 colors to choose from + vibration

Personalization mode: you choose the color according to your objective (overall anti-aging, radiance , uniformity , soothing , purification) for a tailor-made result.

Usage note (during the session) : favor water-based treatments . The Collagen Conductive Gel can be used throughout the routine , regardless of the method. Avoid fatty substances (creams, oils) before or during the session; keep them on afterward .

The LED colors allow you to finely adjust the action as needed, while remaining gentle and non-invasive :

  • Red (630 nm) : supports collagen production , helps firmness .
  • Green (525 nm) : uniformity of complexion , reduces redness/spots .
  • Blue (415 nm) : purifies , antibacterial action (more suitable for blemish-prone skin; avoid on very sensitive skin ).
  • Yellow (590 nm) : brightness and oxygenation, helps reduce melanin .
  • Cyan (490 nm) : soothes and calms redness .
  • Violet (390 nm) : regeneration + gentle purification.

It is this palette that allows us to address different concerns , at the right pace, without aggression.

Results are built with regularity (5–10 minutes, 3 to 5 times/week ), following the natural cycle of cell renewal :

  • Around 2 weeks : the skin appears more comfortable and brighter ; some redness calms down .
  • Between 4 and 8 weeks : we generally observe better uniformity , a smoother grain and tone which sets in.
  • Around 3 months : signs of firmness and fine lines are more visibly reduced ; the skin gains lasting radiance .

Consistency is key: a long interruption breaks the stimulation rhythm ; it will be necessary to resume gradually to relaunch the dynamic.

Yes. The device has been designed for real customization : adjustable intensities , 4 complementary modes and 7 colors to adapt the softness, heat and stimulation to your comfort and sensitivity . The guide provided helps you build your routine , and we can suggest an adaptation routine for the most delicate skin (for example, favor yellow/cyan , limit the heat at the beginning, progress in stages).

The Elyo Skin Pro is designed primarily for the face and neck (shape, electrode surface, power). Occasional use is possible on the décolleté and arms , while maintaining moderate intensities and healthy skin. For other areas, this is not the usual use : ask us for advice to check that the protocol is suitable for your objective.

6. Use & instructions for use

You can use it every day (minimum 3 to 5 times a week ). Work on clean, dry skin, with a water base . Apply the Conductive Collagen Gel then slide the device with slow, upward movements (face, neck). Create your routine and keep it for 4 to 6 weeks without constantly changing color: light therapy works by regular stimulation , cycle after cycle. A session lasts 5 to 10 minutes ; then finish with your end-of-routine treatment (your usual creams/masks or our Elyora Paris treatments ).

Between 5 and 10 minutes . Stick to slow, regular strokes: stimulate without overstimulating. If you are a beginner or if your skin is reactive, start at 5 minutes and gradually increase .

Do at least 3 to 5 sessions per week . Regularity anchors the effects of LED and EMS over time.

Check your spam/junk folder (including the “Promotions”/“Notifications” tabs). The download link is included in the confirmation email or in a separate email sent after ordering. If you can’t find it, contact us (subject: Missing e-book + order number ): we will resend the link immediately.

Yes, provided you use aqueous textures before and during the session (gentle cleanser, aqueous serum, Conductive Collagen Gel ). Avoid greasy substances (make-up remover oil, rich creams, oils, oily serums) before or during : they slow down conductivity and block light diffusion. At the end of the routine , you can apply your usual creams/masks (or our Elyora Paris treatments).

CLEAN mode (blue LED) is not recommended for very sensitive skin . The device is not waterproof : do not use it in the shower or on dripping skin. In case of irritated skin (wound, burn, inflammatory flare-up), wait until the skin has calmed down .

As a precaution, do not place EMS on the thyroid area and avoid EMS if you wear electronic devices/implants . If you have tension wires or implants (e.g., dental), or are undergoing medical treatment , ask your healthcare professional for advice before using the stimulating modes.

Turn off the device and let it cool . Wipe with a soft, dry cloth (or one very lightly dampened with alcohol to disinfect). Do not rinse under water, do not immerse , or use abrasives . Dry the electrodes thoroughly and store the device away from moisture and sunlight in the carrying pouch provided.

No. Neither Elyo Skin Pro nor Elyo derm 7 are waterproof. Do not submerge the device and avoid direct contact with water . Use it on clean, non-drippy skin, with an aqueous base (Collagen Conductive Gel or aqueous serum) as indicated in the routine.

7. Elyora Paris cosmetic treatments

Our formulas are designed to work in synergy with the Elyo Skin Pro : aqueous textures that do not hinder the LED light or EMS conduction before and during the session, then creams and masks designed to complement and prolong the action of light therapy after the session. The routines are clear and guided (e-book included). Some references are labeled ( Vegan, Cruelty-Free, ECOCERT ), while others are part of Clean Beauty ( no parabens, no silicones, no artificial colors ).

Yes. Each treatment can be used alone on a daily basis (hydration, evenness, radiance, comfort). The device accelerates and enhances the results; the treatments maintain the anti-aging effect and nourish the skin over the weeks.

Morning

  • Niacinamide Gel : water-based base that prepares the skin, evens out the complexion, smooths and soothes . Can be used alone or before the LED/EMS session.
  • During the session : Collagen Conductive Gel - it optimizes conduction and glide , while providing real anti-aging active ingredients (collagen, hydrolyzed elastin, sodium DNA, hyaluronic acid, etc.). This is not a “neutral” gel .
  • After : Anti-Aging Day Creamhydrates , protects , firms ; its mineral pigments give a natural healthy glow .

Evening

  • Niacinamide gel as first layer (aqueous preparation).
  • During the session : Collagen Conductive Gel .
  • After : Collagen Boost Night Creamregenerates , strengthens the barrier , improves elasticity and naturally supports collagen production. Alternatively, 2–3 nights/week: Collagen Night Mask (peel-off)intensive hydration , radiance , elasticity and ultra-thin protective film overnight.

Not mandatory , but highly recommended with the device.

Yes. Our entire cosmetic range has been formulated to suit all skin types , including sensitive skin , with gentle textures and clean formulas (no parabens, no silicones, no artificial colors).

Only small adjustment: Niacinamide Gel contains a small amount of alcohol ; start with thin layers , observe your tolerance , then gradually increase if your skin allows it. In case of discomfort, space out applications and favor more enveloping end-of-routine treatments (creams/masks).

Our formulas follow a demanding clean beauty approach and comply with European regulations .
